When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed before 11:00 PM GMT are processed within 2 business days, up to a maximum of 4 business days. Typically, processing takes 1–3 business days, after which delivery to the United Kingdom, Usually takes 4–7 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel at any time.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom. All orders include free standard shipping with no minimum spend required.

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What should I do?
We apologise for any delays caused by factors outside our control, such as holidays, customs inspections, weather issues, or high seasonal demand.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our Customer Service team for assistance.

I would like to return an item. What should I do?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days, followed by a confirmation email.
